Why did my front car speakers all of a sudden quit?

I have 3 pairs of speakers in my car , should i power 2 to the front and 4 to the rear or...?

  • i have a 50 watt x 4 channel amp i have 2 6.5in 50 watt rms kickers front doors , 2 6 in jvc 40 watt rms back doors, and 2 6x9in 35 watt in the truck area in my subaru wagon as well as a 400 watt kicker cvr in the rear rigged to a 150 watt amp ... either power 2 to the front 4 to the rear channels or 4 speakers to the front and the 2 6x9's to the rear currently i have the front door speakers and the rear 6x9's hooked to the 4 channel earthquake amp and the back door speakers and powered through the head unit... does it matter? which should i do? any help would be greatly appreciated ! thanks!

    Do 4 to the front and 2 to the rear. That way if someone is in the back seat they hear what you would in the front seat.
