How do I connect my Blu Ray player to my wireless Internet?

How to connect Philips Blu Ray Player to the internet (wifi)?

  • We have the PHILIPS BDP3282/05 3D Blu Ray Player and if connect straight from our router to the player via ethernet it works fine. But to connect via wifi we connect the ethernet from the player to a wireless Apple transmitter which is wirelessly connected to our router but then it doesn't work. How do we get it to connect via wifi? Thanks

    If you have the 802.11n version of the AirPort Express you can configure it to "Join" your wireless network and then check the option to allow it to extend using an ethernet connection. This makes the presumption that you have a wireless router to establish a router to AirPort Express wireless link of course. All settings will be made via the web browser utility. Plug in your laptop via an ethernet cable and check the user manual for AirPort Express for further set up instructions. If you are using something else then we need more details to be able to offer further help.
