How do you dilute lemon oil and bergamont?

• I am buying lemon oil essential because I am tired of buying organic lemon oil all the time at store, it is $2 only 1oz. It will be esily to use essential oil in lemon oil that gives ph balance I can use for hair and body odor. I want know how do you dilute it? I know how to dilute tree tea and rosemary oil but some ppl said this oil is different. It requires 3 essentials, how? what kind? is bergamont oil great for women ? I only wanna add a little to deodorate
