Can I apply ILR without any problem?

Cancel to enter to the uk for ILR holder ?

  • Hy there sorry peoples for keep asking the same question but the problem that I got ILR as a spouse and after 6 weeks the relationship break down we tried but dosent work she want to get divorce I'm going back home in a month my worry that when im coming back to the uk that the immigration officer will ask me about my wide and why we not together quick after I got my ILR as we sing to say we plan to stay married permenatly can they stop me coming in and can they cancel my ILR ? Pls any gd advice pls

    For the love of God I will be glad when you make this stupid trip and stop asking this same question! If we say, "yes, they are going to ask you a lot of personal questions that will result in your ILR being cancelled and you denied entry"...will you stop asking this same question? >> You have no idea how I got my visa, or exactly what my visa is. What is frustrating is people on here, who know what they are talking about, have given you reassurances yet you refuse to take them on board.
