    Well, it's certainly a step up from the usual cheap all-in-one systems. You don't say where you are, but Sony's site shows a NZ price of $1,700. My one issue would be the speakers. Sony just isn't a great maker of high quality audio speakers. I would much prefer speakers made by dedicated companies such as Infinity, JBL, or Polk.
