Where can I send donated clothes so that they will send internationally (out side USA)?

Answer:
Foundation for Peace is a nonprofit centralized in the Dominican Republic that also works through Haiti and I believe Kenya that does a lot of great things for people. I went to the Dominican last year through them and ended up leaving absolutely everything I came with except for my suitcase so they could donate it. You could contact them and see if they'll take them, I know they ship large parcels around to their locations a few times a year with clothes, medical supplies, and things like that. Check out their website and get in contact with them, I'm sure they'd love to take your donations and send them over with the rest of the things they're sending over, and you won't have to pay for it. good luck! and kudos for having a donation drive :) ^^and no disrespect, but I've been to impoverished places many times and worked with people whose houses were made of tree bark. They DO want your old clothes. Obviously if they don't already have them, they can't afford to buy them from local retailers. Whether it hurts the economy or not, the fact is a child should not go without clothes or a pair of shoes or soap simply because it's "excess" in America. Trust me, I know firsthand that they really do want AND need everything you can give them.

DON'T SEND THEM. It is far, far more expensive to ship those those to somewhere outside of the USA, to store them until distribution, to drive them to distribution points, etc. than it is to simply buy the clothes locally or nearby. In addition, these donations take away local jobs - there are local people trying to sell clothes and hygiene products, and your donations drive them out of business.
