What can i use to heal the burning deep in my nose from a sinus infection ?

Be very careful when using a netipot because unless you use distilled water, this can cause an infection. Too many nasal sprays are not good. I use Xlear which has Xylitol in it. It is a sugar substitute and you can spray it and ir doesn't burn and is natural. It's worth a try. I get it on-line because I have not seen it in the drugstore. I use it several times a day and I love it.

if you,ve not seen a doctor; know would be a good time. everyone gets sinus infections. few people are willing to put up with this much discomfort. i,ve had many infections. i,ve never had this level of pain.

Try the netty pot. In other words it's called sinus relief! You put water in this bottle thingy then add the mixture in it and then put in in ur nose ( just the tab ) and squeeze it and it comes out the other side of ur nostril AND IT'S A TOTAL RELIEF!!!

I actually had the same thing last February with also a double ear infection. I had shooting pains around my face for some time. Just below my nose I had a terrible cold sore that exposed raw nerves and I would feel pain from it shoot up the nose and into my eye. If it were me I would take some neosporin on a Q-tip and only gently put some in the bottom inner rim of the nose. If the nose is healing, not raw.. and you start to get lumps swelling, like cysts starting to grow there, you could use a Q-tip with peroxide on it and gently touch the lumps on the inside. It will quickly destroy any staph infection growing there. There has been some terrible instances of people not using the Netipot with a clean container/water. They have actually got a parasite from the water in their brain. Please be careful.
