Unless you bought a GUO resin New Voice, there is NO manufacturer that makes a decent PINK flute. Betcha this is some piece of trash you got off eBay or someplace similar. The real bad news is that it cannot be permanently fixed - some tech might get it to work for a few days, and then it is trash again - and after that fix, not fixable anymore.
