Why is the sky blue? and you see Vehicle wheels turn back slowly when going fast?

Yes you must be American -_- The sky is blue because of the ocean and the ocean is blue because of what is underneath it. And for the turning wheel thing its not going the opposite way you dimwhit. Yeh its your eyes. -_- Well actually the speed makes it to fast so you can't actually tell.

The water is blue because a God is in the sky shooting blue lazer beams at the angels who act up and he sends them down to the earth and seas where they vaporize. They vaporize into a liquid form and go into the oceans because they die when they touch the land, why do you think the bottom of the sea isn't blue? Because they touched the salt! As long as the vaporized form of the angels is in the water it will stay blue. We can't see them when they fall because they are invisible to the human eye. The reason why the wheels turn the opposite direction is because the heat that projects from the movement of rubber cause it to get misty around the tires. Like that hazy stuff you see on the ground when it is over 100 degrees outside. It's an optical illusion. No im not high.
