Why did my daughter post this picture of her on her Myspace?

The best thing to do in a situation like this is ask her. Be frank and honest, that you want to know the meaning behind the caption of the picture and make it clear that you are worried about her. Seeing as you are her parent, you have all legal rights to get her checked out for drug abuse... It's better to be safe than sorry and in the long run, if (god forbid) she was using drugs, she will learn to respect and honor the choice you made for her. I have no idea what someone on LSD looks like.. My advice is to wait until she comes back from spring break and approach her kindly but firmly... Good Luck and I hope she'll be okay!

her eyes give it away. the pupils are way to big, considering the lighting, i would say shes on drugs. I mean, ive seen people on drugs, ive been on drugs for a short period in my life and in that picture she looks like she is on something. especially if she is 16, thats when i started on the drugs road and thats when all the kids started on the drugs. and if shes staying with friends, I would say she is on drugs. course these arnt serious drugs, its nothing to worry about too much. LSD is like weed, doesn't hurt you at all so long as your clever about it. don't do it too much and its fine, like getting drunk, its not the end of the world, fun to do now and then even though you shouldn't, but get into the habit of drinking and you have a serious problem. Now if shes no it seriously, as in addicted to it, there is nothing you can do to get her off it, the battle of drugs is something that you have to do yourself, nobody can help you. The best thing you can do is talk to her about the effects it can have on her and make her promise she would never get in such a state. by doing that your giving her strength to deal with it on her own, if you lecture her about it your just knocking her down giving her less of a chance to be able to fight it off. I would say wait until there is a good time, and sit her down and talk about drugs and ask her whether shes tried them before, course even if she is on them she will lie, but you can usually guess is its a lie or not from her body language. then you can build on it from there. oh and a good way to tell if someones on drugs is the eyes, if they have bloodshot eyes its a sign of having been on drugs the day before or are currently taking drugs, a sign that they've tried to take more than they usually do. the best way to tell if someone is addicted to drugs is to look at the bags underneath their eyes, when your tired they turn a darkish color right? well the same thing happens when you've been on drugs for a few days straight, and the color will stay there for awhile. If i were you i would check out that "talk to frank" thing out too, just type it into google and see what comes up, ive never personally used it but its meant to be very good at helping people with drugs problems or people who know people with drug problems..

Look at those dilated pupils and that wide eyed stare. Someone got a pic of her while she was tripping.

She probably put it on there because she was on lsd. if someone was in the pic with her they may have been. I didnt check the photo out . Why else would someone put that status on their page?

Depends on how much she took. i've never tried it before buy i've heard from a few friends who did and you basically see things in a different perspective. If she took a drop or 2, she should be fine in a coupe of hours tho. Also, if it's her first time, it shouldn't hit as hard.

There is something unusual there. Her face is very brightly lit in the picture and it would be expected that her pupils would contract considerably with that much light available. However, her pupils are very dilated. LSD does dilate the pupils. Further investigation would seem to be appropriate.

Well if you look at her pupils they are really dilated but that could be from flash. She could have noticed this her self and thought it would be fun to post a pic and reference lsd because the flash alone made her look like shes on drugs but the only real way to know is ask her.
