What's the difference between a takedown recurve bow and just a traditional recurve?

Samick Sage Takedown Recurve?

  • Answer:

Hello Robert. The Samick Sage T/D recurve comes in these draw weights, from 25 lbs to 60lb..in 5 lb increments. The draw weights are figured into a 28 inch draw length. Id recommend visiting an Archery Shop and handling a few recurve bows, the shop expert can help you figure out your draw length( how far you pull the string back to have a proper anchor point) and what draw weight would be best for you. The Samick is a good bow, Best of luck......hope this helps you.
