    You upload to a photo site first. Flickr and photobucket are the two common sites for upload, then you copy the url to YA. Please note, posting pictures just for the purpose of a rating or opinion type question is a violation of the YA rules and your question and possibly your entire Yahoo account could be deleted. The photo must be part of a knowledge seeking question. For example, you could ask "What breed of dog is this?", but not "Isn't my dog cute?". "Am I pretty, hot, model material, ugly, etc?" questions are forbidden.

You can share your pics related to the question as a link to that image. For that purpose, first you need to upload your pic to any of the image hosting sites like http://postimage.org/ (No registration needed) Here you can upload desired image then the site will provide a direct link to your image. Post that link in your question to share it with all. Hope it helps :)
