A person from an old online relationship is trying to ruin my career and life what can I do.?

  • Back when I was 17 I started talking to a 40 something old woman from a game I played and we had an online relationship. I'm now 21 and that online relationship has been over for some time now, but she still threatens me all the time by emails and messages. She has now called the company I work for to tell them I use drugs and a bunch of not true stuff. This company I work for, i'm working hard to become management, and I feel this could mess me up bad. Is there anything I can do?

Stop using any drugs that will show up on a drug screen, in case your integrity is ever in question, and they ask you to be tested. You can even buy at-home tests, to make sure you are clean, or find out if you aren't. After you KNOW you have no drugs in your system, THEN start taking action against this Woman. Blackmail is not a childs crime. Lying to companies or authorities by making false claims as she has, is a punishable offense. Get clean, then get a lawyer.

Talk to your boss let them know some crazy chick is stalking you and harassing you. File a police report with all the evidence you have. And never give your info out on line bud!
