How does paypal funds work?
-
I would like to sell an item on Craigslist in order to avoid eBay seller fees. My question is, how does PayPal work when you receive money without using eBay or any other PayPal related company. I want to sell these concert tickets and its email print out tickets, and the buyer is willing to send me the money to my paypal email address then I will send the tickets through email. Is PayPal going to hold the funds? There is no shipping involved...its just an email I'm sending.

Answer:
Basically, paypal holds any money you earn/spend from ebay. It's kind of like an in-between between your bank account and your ebay account. It's safer too.
