I don't really think this is really worth answering but I am in a good mood........ You are obviously looking to puff yourself up and attempt to be a pose and getting into mx for those reasons is probably a bad idea. It's an extremely tough sport and not really suited for someone who is just hoping to score brownie points for doing it. You seem to know so little about it and have just pulled the idea out of your head like 'tournament' really. It is expensive and it takes heaps of practice, time, a ton of money and the support of your parents to bother to get you to the track along with all the gear and pit tents etc that you need to race. There are powder puff classes and while you get the odd girl who is good, the rest are usually just following each other around the track at snail pace. Find a sport you want to do for you and not to show others how tough you are

its definatly a 10 and takes many years to get "good" at, im 18 and ive been riding for 13 years and id say im an average rider. its hard to explane the hardest part because its not that its hard but things come up like mud pits and sharp turns that you can easily slide out on and fall. it takes many years to get good. you can ride in your neigbhorhood or you can look up the closest places near you to ride. my closest place is "hollister hills, CA" you can look up this place to get an idea of places to ride. this sport will cost several thousands, when i was 14 i had a crf150r which is a 3000$ dirtbike. and gear alone costs at leased 500$ all together. dirtbiking isnt a man sport, i ride and i know many girls that are good at it. getting into races costs money aswell and you are put in "classes" that go along with what size bike you have and your weight. you probably dont know what "classes" are, so look it up , they are not classes like in school lol they are more like sections, idk how else to describe it.
