Try this, look for where your username/name is shown with a downward triangle next to it on top of the contact list, click on it and at the bottom of the menu, click on "more options", in there click on the History tab.

1. Launch WLM and log into your account. 2. Go to Tools->Options… 3. Go to History and check on Automatically save my conversation history. By default, your conversations will be saved to C:\User\your username\My Received Files\Your account\History, you can click on Change to change to directory. (if you don’t want to change it, skip to step 5) (You can also check the "Show my last conversation in new conversation windows" - it will show your last conversation with the contact later when you chat again later) 4.
