Best college for international business major?

Help Me Choose a Major? (College of Business)?

• I'm finishing my last year or two at Georgia State University and need to decide on a major within the Robinson college of Business. My goals include launching a business on my own, and so I'd like to choose a major that best-prepares me for that. I'm interested in either Business Management, Business Economics, or Marketing. Here's my dilemma: Management is supposed to prepare me to manage employees and run a company. That's all well and good, but in the early stages of business creation I won't have a ton of resources or employees that need managing. It seems like a goofy idea. Business Economics seems like it could be more useful and the average salary for entry-level positions is higher. Marketing seems like a good bet because a business is really about selling. What will give me the most useful knowledge, in your opinion? I've found the advisor for the College of Business to be pretty useless; she doesn't have any experience in the business world or know much about business creation. I'm sure she could give me splendid advice on how to be a college advisor, though. I'm also wondering what the difference in pay will be like in terms of comparing entry-level positions for each major... I appreciate your help very much!
