How can i get my digitized SSS ID?

  • i live here in Los Banos Laguna PHILIPPINES and last friday i went to SSS Calamba(because i need a digitized government ID for my passport and SSS ID is the only digitized ID i could ever apply for because my old SSS ID is very old and needs to replace with a new Digitized SSS ID) but when i applied to renew my SSS Id i was denied because i found out when they enter my old SSS number on their data my SS was not valid anymore because for many years it was not deposited any contributions.can i apply for a new SSS ID or can I apply for voluntary contribution to re-activate my ID so i could have my new digitized SSS Id? how long will it tytake to have a new Id? PLEASE HELP I REALLY NEED it so i could finally apply for my passport.
