What is the bitrate of a Bluetooth?

I used a program called mobiola to turn my symbian into a wireless webcam via bluetooth.?

  • My questions is that i installed this program called mobiola on my phone nokia c5-03 symbian and on my pc so after that ill turn on the program on my pc and mobile and ill connect them both via bluetooth after that i can view my mobile camera on my pc wirelessly and it enables me to use it in icq yahoo and other stuff in other words i succeeded in turning my mobile into a wireless camera using bluetooth my question is what is bluetooth? and how safe bluetooth is to use? can someone spy on my mobile camera stream if i connect it and view it on my pc with this program warelex mobiola or is it private? in other words let me simplify this: i turn on the computer open the mobiola program i check the bluetooth circle i do the same thing on my mobile for the mobile version of the program mobiola then my mobile and my pc get connected via bluetooth and i am able to view my mobile camera stream on my pc via bluetooth the question is can this stream be viewed by other bluetooth devices or is it private and secure does this video stream get stored in the bluetooth network and can be viewed by people who work in a bluetooth network? or is bluetooth just radio waves and nobody can view what i did? please folks im serious and i need a serious question from and expert. ok so if the video stream isnt stored on any of the devices and someone needs to decrypt it does that means that when i close the streaming does that stream stay saved inthe radio wave without my knowledge or does it get deleted immediatly after i close the stream in other words if its not stored on any of the devices can it be stored on the radio waves and stay there or it doesnt stay there i dont know please answer.

  • Answer:

Bluetooth is a short-range radio wave frequency, usually encrypted standard (in the 2.4GHz range). The video stream does not get stored on any of the devices. If someone is close enough, they can intercept the bluetooth connection stream, but it is unlikely they'll decrypt it fast enough for it to be useful.
