Can I download my pics from my camera onto Kinko's computer and then email them to me?

I was wondering if I can connect my USB cable to my camera and Kinko's computer and then download my pics so I can email them to me? My USB ports don't work on my computer at home. I want to put them onto Facebook and I'm wondering if I can connect my USB cable to Kinko's computer, and then download the pics so I can email them to me? That way I can put them on Facebook. Thanks.
