What are the requirements to get emancipated at 16 in florida?

I'm 15 and I'm trying to get emancipated when I'm 16 but I want to know what will I need to do I wanna be ready I hate living with my father I can't do anything without my permission this means when I wanna stay after school for tutoring(and I have my own transpertation he doesn't let me) and I also don't have any freedom hes trying to make me take medicine which I don't need because he wants my social security check for himself and I'm ready to move out but I have a criminal record for grand theft third degree can I get emancipated still?

You must prove that you are attending AND PASSING your high school courses. You must work toward high school diploma or GED. In most states, you must have a clean criminal record. Most had the money in control of their parents and most of the time, the parents spent it all before the child star turned 18 and they were left with nothing. These stars usually had private tutors and they graduated from high school very early. They were capable of handling their own money but the legal control was in the hands of the parents who squandered all the money. Your situation sounds vastly different than the normal emancipation guidelines.
