What are the requirements to get emancipated at 16 in florida?

  • I'm 15 and I'm trying to get emancipated when I'm 16 but I want to know what will I need to do I wanna be ready I hate living with my father I can't do anything without my permission this means when I wanna stay after school for tutoring(and I have my own transpertation he doesn't let me) and I also don't have any freedom hes trying to make me take medicine which I don't need because he wants my social security check for himself and I'm ready to move out but I have a criminal record for grand theft third degree can I get emancipated still?
