Can somebody help me introduce myself in portuguese?

Can you help with an email I want to send to a large corporation?

  • I want to introduce myself (without sounding cheesy) and let them know a situation and offer a solution. My mission is to speak to somebody who can make executive decisions. This email needs to be powerful enough to get their attention and take me seriously. I already have about 1/2 page of some great key notes..Now I need help with a creative intro and a good closing sentence. It is to a Hotel chain on how I can help improve one of their more "seasoned" locations (if i stand a chance) Any help or advice you can offer is appreciated. Em :)
