Ok, I just made a paypal account and have $4.00 in it (Don't tell me how I got). But I don't have any bank account or credit cards. Am just a student in school 17 year old. All I just want is to buy stuff in eBay. So please help me. INFO. >My account is not verified (Hear some peoples can still buy stuff in eBay) > What do you need to do in order to use paypal without having bank accounts or credit cards.
