I have little red bumps on my arms & legs. I don't know what they are. Have any idea?

This sounds like a heat rash It may also be insect Insect bites and stings It does not sound like scabies. I would treat the itch with an over-the-counter product like Benadryl cream or Sarna. If the spots persist or spread, you should see a doctor.
