Charging is not supported with this accessory. iPhone 3GS?

I have and iphone 3gs. My charger broke so i was charging it from the laptop and sometimes it gave "Charging is not supported with this accessory" and the cable broke. I got a new charger and i tried the charge it from the wall but it would give me "Charging is not supported with this accessory" so i charged it from my laptop and it charged with the same cable. Next day when i trie charging it from the wall in the office it charged perfectly. Next day I was home and i tried to charge it from the wall it would again give me ''Charging is not supported with this accessory" so i am charging it from the laptop now! Can anyone please help me and tell me whats the problem and what can I do? PLEAAASE Because i don want to keep on buying new chargers !

Perhaps the voltage from the wall outlet in your house is too high. (over 9000 even) Just hook it to your laptop. Also, have you tried multiple outlets in your house?

You will have to buy an original iPhone charger and try to charge from it.And if it still gives the problem you can go the Apple centre but dont try to do anything by yourself maybe it can create another problem.
