How can i edit a picture like this one using photoshop?

    All they did was to space the pics evenly on the grid, either in one layer or as separate layers (doesn't make a difference in the case of the images). Turn the grid and ruler on so you can adjust your spacing properly and evenly (View>Show). The rose petals and text are added as separate layers; add them and then flatten/save the image composite to your preferred file format.
