How much is the average school uniform?

How should I wear my school uniform to meet my boyfriends parents?

• Next week I'm going round to my boyfriends house to meet his parents for the first time. I'm really nervous about what they will think of me. I am wary about how it wear my uniform, because they are really strict on my boyfriends uniform. They make him wear top button, long tie, shirt tucked in. I asked him how I should wear it, he said just smartly. I don't know how smartly I should wear it. Our uniform is White blouse Navy skirt with waistband School tie Blazer Black tights I am definitely going to wear my top button done up on my shirt, and wear my tie really really tight against my collar and have the tie really long. I am wondering what to do about my skirt. I normally wear my school skirt at about mid thigh height, with the waistband rolled over on my hips. But I definitely don't think this is a good idea. I have another school skirt at home which is much longer, it covers my knees when I wear it on my hips, so I was thinking I would wear it on my natural waist. I am sure it would look much smarter if I tucked my shirt into my skirt. So the only thing I'm really worried about is the skirt, I'm not sure if I should buy a new school skirt that is a bit longer. Also I'm not sure if I should wear the skirt on my natural waistline, or wear it higher. I just want my uniform to look perfect to please my boyfriends parents. Please don't write just be yourself, because I want to do this for my boyfriend. I really don't mind

Black tights under the skirt. Make sure your skirt isn't too short. Wear flat shoes and some jewerly (bracelet,simple necklace, small earrings).
