Really SHARP PAIN in my back?

I have this really sharp pain in my right hip and Back problem when running?

  • So I had two problems. 1.) I have this really bad sharp pain almost cramp like in my right hip only when I walk. 2.) When I was running my back hurts really bad. (Details Next) So this is the first day in like 3 weeks since I had gym at school and I had Volleyball Practice after school. We had to run 4 laps and when I was running my back was hurting really bad and like i ran really quick to finish then when I got home i got this really bad pain sharp like in my right hip. Can any one help me please.

    You need to get proper shoes, your hip and back are Hurting because your feet are not landing properly the ground gets some inserts to help with the constant pressure of your feet pounding on hard surfaces everyday.
