What gaming Laptop To Buy?

What is a good gaming laptop to buy?

  • Hello... I'm looking for a new gaming laptop to purchase and i was wondering what brand and laptop i should buy? I am hoping that the laptop would definitely handle any game out there and all that... and that it would last a long time with a good solid battery. The laptop i choose will be able to play Battlefield 3 on full graphics so i figured it would have no problem with other games. Thanks in advance. My recommended brand from three computer shops was Toshiba.. the laptop they recommend is here: http://www.bestbuy.c...d=1218509073324 What are your guys recommended brands and laptops? my preferably price range is $700-$900 (US currency) PS: I'm going to take your suggestions seriously so don't give a lazy answer plus if your going to suggest a laptop please give me the link so i can see it for my self. PSS: No Dell, or HP laptops again thanks in advance

Whatever you do, dont get alienware. They overcharge by a mile just for their 'uber cool performance branding' Youre basically paying an extra 20% for the little alien on your laptop. I wouldnt recommend a HP as I have had 2 and both had catastrophic failures in them which rendered both completely broken just outside of the warranty period. Toshiba seem fine. But honestly, most other brands are just as good. Your link doesnt work, it has been abbreviated.

Cyberpower is a good brand just type it in the searchbar. You can choose better components for a bit more cost. Upgrade the video card as they are usually a bit weaker than desired. 95% of laptops don't have a dedicated video card, Cyberpower does. They start around $800.
