Why do my hip bones stick out ?

Im 9 stones 4 and 5 ft 4 so not over weight but ive just lost 2 stones. My hip bones stick out as do my shoulders, ribs and neck. My boyfriend says he is concerned. I look like a skeleton but scales dont match. Im only eating 500 calories a day and fast walking 2 hours a day and running 10 miles twice a week. Any help please

500 calories a day is way less than you're supposed to eat... especially if you're exercising that much. You want to be eating 1600-2000. You could be developing an eating disorder. You should really talk to someone or see a doctor.

Eat 2000 calories a day and exercise. Otherwise you'll get too skinny. That's why they stick out. Get new scales, could be wrong.
