How do I change my Facebook profile to public? PLEASE HELPPP 10 POINTS!!!?

I want people to be able to search me based on my name and the city I live in and to be able to see what city I live in even if they are not my friend on Facebook. I tried editing my profile settings so that "public" can see the city I live in (this is the way i did it) - http://i39.tinypic.com/5zqumt.png but whenever I view my profile as the public, all you see is my profile picture and name ! How do i change this?? how do i change my profile to public so that people can see the city i live in?! I dont have timeline btw. thanks!!

Answer:
Set your all privacy setting to 'public' by going 'privacy setting' where you can do public can post on your timeline. Can comment, can see your friend list, can tagged you, can join to any group etc.
