Why does my knee hurt so bad?
-
I'm almost 15 years old and my knee clicks all the time. Like, when I stand up, sit down, bend over, run...and when I walk, I hear a faint clicking sound but only I can hear it. I feel it too. When I sit down, it hurts kind of bad. Like, inside of it. Or like under my knee cap. It doesn't really hurt when it clicks though. But it aches a lot when I'm sitting or laying, or just have my knee bent. Its only my right knee, inside on the right side of my knee cap. It doesn't hurt when I touch it and there are no bruises or anything. I don't play sports but I walk sometimes. Does anyone know what this is? Its been going on for at least a year and a half now. Should I go to the doctors?

Answer:
You may want to see an orthopedic doc to make sure you do not have a torn meniscus. I the meantime search chondromalacia patella.
