    you have to Show them a Photo Id in order to unlock your account there is no way to bypass this sorry you have to go through with what there asking you or you cant get back into the account

Email them explaining your issue and if nothings done to resolve it raise it again, we have all done it locked our selves out

had the same problem when i logged in with mobile via ebuddy for the first time just tell the name of friends who r in those pics they will ask like 5 times i guess then ur account will be unlocked good luck!
