Where do I find tight gray dress pants for men?

Kohl's Dress Code for Men/Pants?

• I've worked at Kohl's long enough to have lost my dress code. I don't have a problem following it, basically, "No jeans or Tee shirts or Sneakers." But the question is, do Corduroy pants count as Acceptable, or are they too jean-like? I get sick of wearing black pants and my khaki's are in the wash. They're a greyish-brown corduroy, so from afar, they look kind of like worn out jeans. I'm sure I wouldn't have a problem, people have worn jean-type pants before. And no one pays attention to me, there.
