How to lose weight fast? Im so confused?

  • I don't know how much weight i should lose but i think maybe about 30ish pounds if you think different please tell me. pretty simple question. Im a girl, 13 5'3 and 134 pounds. I have about 2.5 months to lose 30ish pounds. Thanks so much. Please don't laugh at me, I already know it is pretty bad. I want to lose it so badly but binge way too much. My mom is also a no diet kind of person. She wont let me do any diet that will cut out foods or anything like that.     Well start off getting out some more, do a few laps around your yard, go swimming, how about a bike ride. You can also eat healthy have some cereal that is healthy and a kind you like, you can put all sorts of fruit in to it. For lunch you can have a garden salad with a bowl of fruit on the side , (salad can be a side for dinner). For dinner have some fish, sushi, steak, chicken, (not chicken nuggets those are high in calories) and the same as lunch have some fruit, have it as a snack side of lunch and dinner, breakfast too. Drink more water too if you eat healthy, exercise, go outside and have fun, you will be as healthy as can be. P.S Here are three more things don't have the same thing every night also you can give yourself less helpings. And try eating as healthy as posable. you should try to loose 10-15 pounds 30 will be way too much you will be under weight Hope this helps, AG11231
