How do you file medical bankruptcy?

Hi I am 19 years old. The summer of 2011 I fell off my long board and hit my head, fractured my skull, had a seizure, and had internal bleeding for 2 weeks. I ended up in urgent care for 3 days with $70,000 in medical bills. I am just a regular teenager with a minimum wage job. I have no way of paying these bills and don't want to take out a loan and be stuck in debt for the rest of my life. I was told by a few people to file medical bankruptcy and I want to. I know it will completely ruin my credit for about 7 years and I am okay with that, its already ruined due to no payments on the bills. But I do not know where to start to file the bankruptcy. Am I going to have to pay someone to help me do this is there anyway to go online and do it myself? Also I tried to apply for medicaid and medicare and was denied for both because I am under 23 and my parents refused to give their information. Additionally they tried to say I was a Colorado resident and the accident happened in California. I was born in California but I went to school in Colorado for one semester then dropped out because I couldn't afford it but I stayed there for another year working. I am living in California for good now though. Thank you for all the help
