Please help. Intense pain in arms after coming back home from gym :(?
-
i joined gym 4 days ago. Initially I was fine but from yesterday a sudden pain has started in my arms(i guess it must be soreness). I knew it was due to lactic acid in my arms so i waited till today morning it to reduce but it was same as last night. I went to gym again(today morning) and now that pain has increased a lot(more than yesterday night).. I'm unable to move my arms freely.. Its paining like hell..Please Suggest me any solution..Thanks in Advance :)

Answer:
i think it normal... especially when u rarely exercise .... muscles will experience a shock ... Usually, this pain will disappear after two to three days or more .... try to bathe in warm water ... may be able to get rid of the pain ... but not in the near time... try to endure it....

You don't mention your age. If your male and past 35 you might want to go to the ER. It's probably just from the exercise and straining the muscles. You didn't mention how long or how vigorously you worked out. You probably just need to be seen by a physician. If you don't have a regular Dr then go to the ER to rule out anything really serious. I doubt it but you'd be better safe than sorry.

Could you have torn something? In any case, this is not the time to talk: off to the emergency room!
