How do i clear my dry skin and tiny bumps on my face? always had flawless skin til now. is it temporary?

i have dry patchy skin on my cheeks and jawline and two bumps on my chin. also a few tiny bumps here and there on my fore head and cheeks. you cant see the bumps and dry patches til you get really close. people say they look like heat bumps, sometimes i experience a stinging itching feeling near my side burns and i reach to itch it probably caused by heat and sometimes i feel like a sizzling tingling feeling on my cheeks and i always check to see if theres a reason why i get that feeling like that. it makes my skin craw at the thought of it. i cant really describe the feeling, but it kina feels like a little worm moving under my skin. even tho thats not the case, it only lasts a second and i never had acne or anything. i may have had some dry spots here and there, and the only time i get any bumps is when i start my menstral but thats only here and there. , i never really washed my face in fear that my flawlessness would go away, and now im wondering what i should use if i do wash my face. The problem im currently experiencing isnt that bad, but i dont want it to get worse and i hope my face isnt becoming oily for some reason. i mean if you look at my pictures you cant tel that i have anything wrong with my skin at all. you have to look at me in person but up close. please help thanx. follow me @LadtTeeDatMe :)

the bumps might be just clogged pores, probably temporary. use aloe vera gel or olive oil for the dry skin.
