When playing Madden 12, PS3 starts getting loud?

  • For the past couple days, whenever I put Madden in my PS3, the PS3 would start being really loud. My PS3 model is the 80 GB that came out in 2008. However, whenever I put something else in, the Ps3 isn't as loud as it is when I put Madden in. Anything else that isn't Madden doesn't make it sound loud. So why is it that whenever I play Madden, the PS3 is loud?

    The only thing that I can think of that might help is making sure that the ventilation holes on the side of the PS3 are clean. If there is dust in them, the fan doesn't function as well. Just vaccum them to get the dust out.
