Are most Family Courts full of corruption, Do women benefit from a bias against men in the family courts?

http://www.dailyrecord.com/article/20120322/NJOPINION02/303220002/Family-court-judges-menace-men?odyssey=nav%7Chead - The recent letter “Police Misconduct Becoming Easier to See” argues that because of today’s visual technology such as camera phones and portable camcorders, in conjunction with YouTube, exposure of the bad behavior by law enforcement and public officials is just a click away. Now, we have to start videoing all courtroom proceedings, especially those in the family courts, so the public can see what is really happening in the family courts. For decades the public has been kept in the dark about what goes on in child custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence and equitable distribution cases. Corruption in the family courts has flourished between bad judges and well-connected attorneys in each county. Pro-women and pro-domestic violence judges have been put on the bench and have done a disservice to male litigants on issues of child custody, child support and domestic violence because those judges impart no fairness, especially in questionable domestic violence matters. Judges have been told in domestic violence training sessions “to ignore the man’s constitutional rights, throw him out on the street with just the clothes on his back, and err on the side of caution” — even when no domestic violence ever occurred between the parties, but is now being used as a tactic to obtain an unfair advantage in the divorce and custody dispute. Given that custody is given to women in over 95 percent of all cases, and law firms advise their clients to file domestic violence charges against their husbands in over 80 percent of cases where no domestic violence has ever occurred, judges routinely allow this corrupt and even criminal practice to flourish. Perjury is a serious crime in the other courts. In family courts, it’s considered a joke because of the adage “he said, she said.” Arresting men for child support in 98 percent of all enforcement cases is a further example of the corruption and gender bias that goes on unchecked because there is no accountability. Judges hide behind the mantra of “judicial independence,” which is a buzzword for “judicial immunity. The state Constitution provides no immunity to any public official or any individual. Family court judges, especially those with an “ax to grind against men” and who abuse their power, must be exposed for the incompetence, biased and corrupt lawyers in black dresses that they are. Family court judges are nothing more than political hack lawyers put into office by their friends in the bar association who want to have favor curried in their family court hearings. Having video cameras in the family courts will go a long way to ensure fairer and less discriminatory and less corrupt hearings. Answer:
I don't know about currently, but it definitely was. Fifteen years ago, my cousin's parents divorced when she was two and her mother got custody easily, and she was to visit her father in the summer. In these years, my uncle has never been in a relationship (until last year), has kept up a house, etc. My cousin lived at her mom's apartment, went to a babysitters every afternoon, and even had to sometimes cook dinner for herself and her little sister. Her mother has gone through several boyfriends (I think she's on number 5 or 6 now, but I've lost count), and my cousins had to learn never to get attached because they would soon be gone. Sometimes custody with the father is a better idea.
