What are good songs for a road trip?

Good road trip songs?

  • I'm going on a 26 hour road trip and I'm making a ton of CD's. I'm on the 3rd CD and I'm already running out of ideas for songs I want to put on there! I want it to be a mix of new (2012) songs and older songs (1995-2011). I really like all kinds of music except country and stupid songs like rack city. Some of my favorites are RHCP, 3oh3, LMFAO, beyonce, skrillex, eve 6, and eminem, but I dont want all the CD's to be just their songs, I want a bigger variety. what are some artists or songs that would you think would be good to put on these CD's? i'm trying to make 10 cd's haha so i need a lot of help thanks!

i can't imagine going on the road without some classic rock. the doors, the rolling stones, tom petty. i also listen to alot of the gorillaz in the car
