HOW TO GET THESE JOBS????????????

  • i have just turned 17 and i have finally chosen on what i want to do. i want to be a sailing instructor in Gibraltar 9 months a year and a ski instructor in the alps for 3 months. the problem is that i don't know what i need to do to get these jobs. do i need to take a course for each one, do i need an ocean master's degree, how expensive is it to rent a hotel room in the french alps, do i get any discounts for being a ski instructor like a free ski pass, will i get my own sailing boat when i am working, how much is the salary for each job. (could you please answer as many questions as possible and tell me anything else i may need to know) NO STUPID ANSWERS, this is the 2nd time i have asked this question, yes i do have experience with sailing and skiing and no i do not need to win the national lotto to get these jobs

This is not going to be a stupid answer, but jobs like this are one in a billion. First, you have to have the market for it. Second, you have to beat out experience wise anyone who currently holds either job. As to salary, you would probably make somewhere between $30,000 - $70,000 depending on how good you were at your job. Hotel would not be covered and it would probably be cheaper to buy a house in each place. You would probably get a free ski pass but you wouldn't be able to use it as you'd be too busy and you would be required to use the company's boat. Start small, see what it takes to get hired as a ski/boating trainer by you. I would recommend going to college though, making money, and taking up one of these sports as a hobby, not a profession.
