How Do You Get Off Probation Early?

How can I get off probation early in Los Angeles County?

  • I was arrested last March (2011) on a DUI charge in Los Angeles County. It was three weeks after my 21st birthday, and I have no priors and was never arrested before. Since then, I have completed all required classes and paid all necessary fines. I am now wondering if I should look into getting off probation? Obviously, I do everything in my power to not get in cars with people who have are over the limit. However, I know more than anyone that sometimes it's very difficult to be able to tell if that one more drink will put you over the edge. This worries me greatly. Any information would be very grateful.

    Appeal in court. With your lawyer you can ask for getting off the probation earlier. Surely, you will be facing court trial again but with your lawyer he can lessen your probation period.
