Why cant i have this post on ask removed?

I would like to have a answer to a Question removed from Yahoo. Ask. I have written and reported abuse and no response from Yahoo Ask? The Question is about Prestigious Pet Transportation The Pres. of IPATA wrote a answer that is her opinion not a fact. Our Company is USDA licensed and not a international company. Prestigious Pet Transportation Cert# 57-T-0112 I have contacted IPATA and we both would like this post removed!
Answer:

Write to the answers team and copy and paste the URL of the question, the URL of the user who posted it and the reasons why you think it should be deleted. If you have done that and Yahoo Answers have not acted, then accept that it is valid.
