How to stop Yahoo email virus?

How to stop virus email from coming to inbox?

Like the ideal/concept of Yahoo Answers, but, i need real tech support, which is not addressed via Yahoo Answers... My sister, Jackie Youman, had a problem with a virus being attached to her email account... I contacted her about the issue and advised her to changed her password to the account or drop that email account and start another one on Yahoo service.. She has since started a new email account via Yahoo and has since noticed no problems with the new account.. I, on the other hand, am receiving more emails from her bad account,.. (i.e. the one with the virus attached)... I was hoping that someone @ Yahoo could delete the bad account so as to stop the virus attached emails from going out to others... If you @ Yahoo can help, please contact me, Darrell F. Youman, at [email protected] Thanks in advance

go to Options, Mail Options, and add her old address to the Blocked Addresses section. Done.
