What are some specific Cervical Kyphosis reversal exercises?

Is It possible to have kyphosis...?

  • on one side of your body. I just want to know if its possible. I believe I may have a combination of both moderate scoliosis and kyphosis, however on the right side of my body. To know a little about me, I had a physical accident trauma when i was younger, where i fell on the right side of my body. I also, when younger would help my dad in his moving business and also help him a lot with cutting down trees in our yard and picking up heavy trees logs (without a back belt). Could this contributed to scoliosis and kyphosis? I plan to go see a chiropractor, to determine if this could be it. Thanks and serious answers are welcomed.

  • Answer:

It is possible to have kyphosis and scoliosis both, when the term is kyphoscoliosis. There is a proper way of lifting heavy weight, that you may notice when watching the weight lifters in a competition. If lifted incorrectly, this may damage the spine. If you are advised a LS belt, you must wear it. All the best!
