My Xbox live constantly disconnects?

Xbox live disconnects almost every game of Halo Reach i play?

• ok so this has always happened but never this bad, and i believe its from my family using too much bandwidth? how possible is that? recently my friend moved in and in my room i now have 2 Xbox 360s, a laptop, a computer, an ipod, and my friends iphone all connected to the internet. Then downstairs my dad has 2 laptops, a computer, and an ipod touch. My mom has a laptop and a computer, and we have a printer connected with wifi connection. That seems like a lot to always be hooked up to the internet at once. Also on a typical day i usually have about 3 to 6 people in my room all with smart phones or ipod touches. So, am i using too much? and if so how can i fix it so that it runs smoothly?
