How to fix my Bluetooth Problem?

I have a Samsung NP300E5A Laptop, and it has built-in Bluetooth. I've used the Bluetooth before to connect to a wireless mouse, so I know it worked before. Now, Bluetooth Devices is not in the Control Panel, and the Add A Bluetooth Device option is not there. My computer cannot recognize Bluetooth devices. Any suggestions?

First: Go to "ADMIISTRATIVE TOOLS" on Control Panel. Second: Double click on "COMPUTER MANAGEMENT". Third: Double click on "SERVICES AND APPLICATIONS" then on "SERVICES" gear icon. Fourth: Go to "BLUETOOTH DEVICE MANAGEMENT SERVICE" go to "LOG ON" and select "ALLOW SERVICES TO INTERACT WITH DESKTOP" Fifth: Now go to "BLUETOOTH HANDSFREE SERVICE" and click "START". (if not checked already) Sixth: Go to "BLETOOTH SUPPORT SERVICE PROPERTIES (LOCAL COMPUTER) and check to see if the "START" button is checked. Seventh: Now you're all set. If this still doesn't work, then check the computer company, the computer, or anything else, if not working properly.
