Why are white people not smarter compared to Indians in IT or math?

• I am an Indian and I can say that many educated Indian people especially those who studied IT, engineering, management, and medicines & pharmacy get hired in countries like USA, UK & Australia. My many friends who go there on work visa and work there, I heard many things from them, for eg: One of my friend who work in UK, she told me that some of her white colleagues are so dumb, they need calculator for simple calculation, they praise Indians for being smart in maths, technology and IT. One more friend who lives in USA told me that here there is lots of infrastructure & facilities because its government provides that, but if u see education wise, the education is great for higher studies like university plus but schooling is not good, so he want to send his daughter to India for schooling, because schooling education is much better in India than USA. He says that here in USA the 8th grade students don't even know the simple math sums which even 2nd grade indian student can solve. When I was in school, one my teacher also said that his sister is settled in USA, and her children study there, she told him that school education here is so weird, what is taught in 2nd or 3rd grade here is taught in 7th or 8th grade. Unlike India, here the schooling do not emphasis on high level of math or technical studies right since young age, instead they prefer to groom students in social interactions and other activities. Here the average population is not smart, so that is why they prefer to hire Indians for technical posts like IT, and in Australia, the local citizens even fight that Indians are taking away all jobs here as the companies here hire Indians. While the average Indians in reality are much smarter then white people, but the problem in this country is that the government is corrupt so they don't provide good infrastructure here and Indians feel vulnerable coz of that as they don't get enough support from Indian government, hence they prefer to settle down in another country where they get good salary and lifestyle., and in a way India face brain drain due to the corrupt government of India. But moral of story is Indian schooling education is better then western countries and Indians are smarter.
