It's obviously fake. 1) Why would they make you forward the letter to 15 people? Shouldn't Facebook have the power to e-mail everyone and say something like "reply to this message"? 2) Why use e-mail in the first place? They can easily just check the last time you logged in 3) Having inactive accounts does virtually nothing to affect Facebook's performance, so the fundamental premise is wrong.
